Ever since I can remember I’ve been obsessed with food… And not always the healthy kind! I quickly became fascinated in learning all that I could learn on how to fuel my body with the right foods. I’ve been through it all- restrictive eating, leading to binge eating, disordered eating, body dysmorphia, orthorexia, counting every single calorie, and all the fun fad diets (yes, even keto). After my education in the nutrition field, I started to become more in tune with what my body really needed and at the same time learned to be a little more forgiving of myself. I’m here to help you through whatever it may be and to help you better understand your relationship with food. Food is fun, social, culturally, apart of who we are… NOT the enemy.
